The Shuri Network is the first NHS and care network of BAME women in digital health. It works to celebrate difference and diversity in digital health, challenge the system, and support women from ethnic minorities to succeed in their careers.
Having grown to more than 5,000 members since its launch in 2019, the Shuri Network has had a positive impact on many women. In this podcast episode, you'll hear from three members who discuss the importance of diversity in leadership roles, their experience and what’s next for the network.
