If you're a member of our staff looking for something on the Nest, you may not be connected to the N3 network.
The staff intranet is only available when you are connected to our network. If you are working off-site or from home, you may need to check you have connected using your VPN.
If you can't connect to the N3 network via the VPN, try restarting your computer. If you don't regularly (daily) shut down and restart your computer properly, then you may miss out on vital updates that sometimes can result in your connection to the network failing.
